რატომ დამიხშეს სამოთხის კარი?
ხომ არ ვგალობდი მჭექარედ ძალზე?
მე შემიძლია ჭიკჭიკი წყნარიც,
პაწია, მფრთხალი ჩიტუნას ხმაზე!

თუ კვლავ გამომცდის ზეცის მხედრობა,
დაავიწყდებათ ნაჭიკჭიკარი,
გავუქარწყლებდი ჩემს აბეზრობას  -
გთხოვთ, არ დამიხშოთ ოღონდ ჭიშკარი!

მათებრ რომ მცმოდა თეთრი სტიქარი,
მათ კი კაკუნით ეთხოვათ შესვლა,
რა უნდა მექნა, აბა მითხარით,
არად ჩამეგდო და არ მეშველა?
